Return old tuple in case of INSERT unique constraint violation

When INSERTing, REPLACing or UPDATing data, and there is a unique constraint violation, make it possible to request the tuple which violated the constraint -- add a flag BOX_OLD_TUPLE for that.
Same should work for DELETE.
