Confetti: allow to use dash (-) instead of underscore (_) in options and vice versa

Currently some Tarantool parameters use underscore as word separator, e.g.: --my_option.
Standardize on dash (-) as word separator in option names, but extend Confetti to accept both dashes and underscores.
