Add the store to the persistence layer for flow_details

Right now the persistence for 'flow_details' does not include the 'store' from the job board, if provided. This is the initial set of arguments available to the tasks within a flow, and is useful information to have around for reconstructing flows that have completed or failed. We could make this configurable, but probably the default behavior should be to keep it.
