We need more CLI testing functionality implemented in the integration tests

Currently in the tempest we have only the following CLI tests implementation: https://github.com/openstack/tempest/blob/master/tempest/cli/simple_read_only/test_ceilometer.py

of course, these tests are read-only, but actually we may check at least the table names returned, etc. - not just the fact that it was no error.
