Notification when user keeps app paused

Send a notification when the user keeps the app paused for a long period in pomodoro time.
Sometimes I pause Tomato in the middle of a pomodoro and I lose the focus. We could implement a timer that is started when the pause (not stop) button is pressed. Every 90 seconds the app could send a notification warning the user that he/she lost the focus and should come back to work.
