If we want ToriOS to be used in the whole world, we have to make it localized:
1°) Define which softs we use, to get in touch with projects' translations team
1 b) If we have soft we made on our own, make them translatable (using libraries like gettext), and make all translatable on launchpad.
2°) Translate the doc.

[Jānis-Marks Gailis]The translation of JWM Settings Manager will start in the nearest time, everything has been implemented, only rosetta (lp part for l10n) has not been configured yet. -- 2014/08/21
[israeldahl] The Settings manager should be ready... though the interface will change, and some new things will need translated.
- We need to work on investigating how folders are named so the places menu will be localized.
- We also need the Shutdown menu localized as well.
- the ToriOS help and INSTALL desktop files need localizations
