Create new example templates for TOSCA Credential Data Type

tosca.datatype.Credential is a complex TOSCA data Type used when describing authorization credentials used to access network accessible resources.

The tosca-parser has a definition file updated with this type but the parser is lacking a template that can provide an example and demonstrate usage of this type.

Need to create a new example template and test it's parsing and fix or add new code as needed for parsing.
