Provide a tool to capture an environment's status and logs
To aid in troubleshooting, debugging, and recreating issues, we should create or integrate with a tool that allows an operator to capture a single bundle that can be provided to a bug report or support case that provides the required information to troubleshoot and/or recreate the environment. As a starting point, the process should collect the deployment plan, any logs from nodes and version information (packages/repos).
