[TripleO UI] Remove role

Add ability to remove role from currently enabled ones
- add 'trash' icon next to 'pencil' icon in roles list to allow removing roles
- removing role requires confirmation modal
- runs updateRoles action passing roles except one which is supposed to be deleted
