[2017-12-08] Moving out to Rocky. Please request FFE if this is needed for Queens.

[jpichon 2017.12.04] Because "overcloud role list" already deals with available roles, I decided to make the new command use the same pattern and will add a --current flag to implement https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tripleo/+spec/tripleoclient-list-current-roles .

[jpichon 2017.10.04] From what I can tell "openstack overcloud role list" (implemented in Pike) lists the available roles, so the name should be reused.
