Use native OpenStack Heat resources in Trove templates

Starting Icehouse release the new native HOT template specification is officially supported by Heat. Moreover, the main development focus is shifted to native OS::* Heat resources and HOT template specification. Hence it is proposed to rewrite all the Heat templates in Trove using native OS Heat resources and new HOT template version. This will allow easier feature integration in/with Heat, as new features are going to be added mostly to native OS resources.
