Create Apache (was Google) Wave Federation appliance
Google Wave is considered by many the best thing since sliced bread.
Mass adoption of "wave" will only really happen once "wave federations" start popping up over the place, and what would be better to do this with than a TurnKey appliance.

The Wave Federation server prototype installs on top of an OpenFire server (http://
The prototype server requires a bit of configuration of OpenFire, but that can be done and have defaults in place.
Looks like Wave is now under Apache (rather than Google). Not sure where that leaves this blueprint. From what I can gather Waves still technically exists but not a lot of development happening (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).
