Option to include live overlay when installing to hard disk

The Installer (di-live) installs the system to disk by using the read-only filesystem (/rofs) as its primary source.
Any changes the user may have made to the live system (tweaked a configuration file, configured a database, installed a package) will not be migrated to the installed system.
Having an option to install the live overlay to disk would allow the user to migrate any work that has already been done to the installed system.
Implementation of this feature must be done very cautiously, as there could be side effects that would be extremely hard to reproduce. Choosing to install a prestine copy of the system from /rofs was done so to maximize reproducability.
