Remove the NOVA_BAREMETAL_CREDS config option

This was a quick hack to get, but it's causing a lot of problems and needs to go out.

The user/password/tenant info is provided when the user logs in. auth_url already exists as the OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_URL Horizon config and bypass url is just evil.

We ought to be able to get all the necessary info from the existing config options, the user session and Keystone.
