As a HK demo user I want to be able to get to the overcloud dashboard from the undercloud one by clicking 'Project' in the sidebar .

This is too fine grained: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Blueprints - blueprints are for significant features (vs the individual steps in planning things where etherpad is great)
