Metric graphs for Juno
WRT metric graphs, we need to update the TripleO UI to match the wireframes:

Specifically:
* Determine the list of metrics we want to show in the UI and configure the chosen meters to be displayed
* Tweak the D3 linechart widget to be able to display multiple lines on the same line chart
* Make the barchart portion of the widget configurable as some of the graphs require it and some don't
* Replace the Health status piechart with the Power status (nodes index page)
