Add Unfollow button

Per request of @_p_j - add an 'unfollow' button to TwitKit. Clarification is being requested on what timeline he intends it to be displayed on.
*edit: Change "<name> - 5 minutes ago" to "<name> / unfollow / 5 minutes ago", so it's out of the way. Good idea - unknown when this will be implemented.
