Implemented the basic GUI to receive the Friends Timeline (which needs improvement) and to send status messages. The infrastructure was easily done inheriting from Twitter4J, because StatusNet uses a Twitter-compatible API (http://status.net/wiki/TwitterCompatibleAPI) and Twitter4J allows setting the base API URL for a given Twitter instance.

The Identi.ca API URL is hard coded. Needs minor GUI and infra changes to allow setting the API URL for custom servers.
