Before starting the service the developing team must make sure, that it is reliable, guaranteeing up time and accessible all around the world. Hacking attempts must be somehow prevented. Perhaps using Linux as the server host might solve a lot of problems. Further more, backups of all user data must be done on a regular basis, so that a robust and stable service is assured.
