Ubuntu LoCo Leadership Series
This is a proposal for a Loco Leadership series of handbook(s). Either one handbook or a series of handbooks with guidelines for loco-team leader, contacts or those who find themselves in the community in a position of leadership of any kind. The Ubuntu Community is growing and as a result there are more and more people stepping into those leadership roles. As is the case with effective leadership, leaders are always wanting to improve their skills and pass along the knowledge to others, and see the growth and success take on many forms around them. Many times people do not have hours to search through wiki's or links in google to get a quick answer. This document(s) would serve as not only a guide/overview about general LoCo information but team/project leaders can add appendices for their specific teams/projects. This document(s) would also serve as a guide to effective leadership skills, styles, techniques for strengths and weakness to the areas leadership need improvement.
