We want to have the following features:
1. Content type for membership approval process. Council members will get notified when a new application is submitted. Each council member will have to either approve or deny and provide a reason. Also, the application will have some place for testimonials. We need to figure out a quick way on how will this be integrated with launchpad.
2. Creation of newsletter should be automated. The newsletter should include all news event about the team, welcoming new members and news about team events.
