Add Russian Ruble currency sign glyph

Registered by Dmitry

As a Russian native speaker I want to be able to use the official currency sign for Russian Ruble in Ubuntu. It was officially approved by the Russian Central Bank not long ago (a link to the Centeral Bank in Russian http://www.cbr.ru/today/?PrtId=voterub, and wikipedia link in English https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_ruble#Currency_symbol).
The Unicode Standard version 7.0.0 (http://www.unicode.org/standard/standard.html) has been released in June 2014 and the RUBLE SIGN is assigned a code point U+20BD (₽ - may not render properly unless you have a font containing this character). For the reference please see: http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/Unicode-7.0/U70-20A0.pdf.

There is no glyph for this code point in Ubuntu Font Family.

An application ISO/IEC JTC1/SC2/WG2 N 4529R with the reference glyph dimentions http://std.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC2/WG2/docs/n4529.pdf (attachment 1 at page 5).
