Doku Wiki to Moin Moin transition

The Ubuntu.com uses Moin Moin and moreover, Doku has some flows concerning the "recent" page which overloads the server.
We should find a way to automate the process to migrate the pages and overhaul the wiki while doing this (tags for a better research, versions of ubuntu the pages apply to ...)
