Integrate Ubuntu 9.04's computer-janitor to our package cleaner

In Ubuntu 9.04 there's a tool called «System Cleaner», named computer-janitor-gtk. Looks like it duplicates some of Ubuntu Tweak`s functions. I suggest to detect the presence of this utility and to integrate it's launch to your software, maybe disabling some things computer-janitor does better than Ubuntu Tweak (if any).
