Readd some of the 3rd party software items for Karmic

Some of the programs that weren't ready for Karmic yet, are having versions that are ready now. I wasn't sure if there was going to be another 0.4.x release. This might be totally covered already depending on when 0.5.x is coming out.

Specifically, VLC and Wine are notably missing from the repo list. Wine seems to switched to using a PPA from their own servers as well.

Also, wine has switched from just wine in Karmic to wine1.2
