The faster you scroll the mouse wheel the faster the page will scroll down

In edgy eft, when I scroll down a long page in firefox the rate at which it scrolls stays the same. Even if I scroll really fast the page still scrolls at a constant rate. I would like to have it where I would scroll the mouse really fast and the page will scroll faster too. For me this is the only thing Ubuntu is missing.
If I don't make any sense please ask questions.
