Deprecate acpi-support package
acpi-support is a Debian/Ubuntu specific package which duplicates a lot of functionality from hal, hal-info, and pm-utils. We evaluate its current status and provide a migration path.

2009-02-09 pitti: initial spec drafted, Two TODO items remain which need testing on affected hardware. I'll migrate the suspend quirks to hal-info ASAP and drop the corresponding bits from acpi-support.
