Integrate help-search with online system

In the Ubuntu Forums if I post a new topic, as I enter the title, I'm confronted with possibly-related threads; when the users uses the Ubuntu help system (in any of the desktops) they ought to see an interface which accesses this same online system and as possible extra information shows those as options...without getting in the way of the desktop information, or causing errors while offline.
