Add DKIM support to amavisd-new by default

Amavisd-new 2.6 (now in Intrepid) includes integrated support for Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM). Upstream recommends running with it enabled. It provides a great feature to whitelist based on DKIM validated identities. Implementation would require MIR of libmail-dkim-perl and it's depends (two more Perl modules) and a small change in the default amavisd-new configuration.
