[mpt] How about letting developers add code snippets and comments to existing articles? The PHP manual does this -- see <http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.global.php> for example.

Considerations:
- Division by language
- Syntax highlighting
- No Wordpress plugins for publishing and sharing snippets
