Create minimal preinstalled developer images
In maverick we started to build pre-installed images for omap3 and omap4 arm hardware of the netbook install. This provided to be to heavyweight for some older omap3 boards. In natty we want to create developer images just using the ubuntu-standard seed so the lower end boards can run Ubuntu easily too.
