Allow users to add repositories from the web (for e.g. PPA)

Add a mimetype or protocol hanlder to firefox to allow adding repositories to the system and to install/removal applications. The adding of repositories is important for PPAs in launchpad. The install capability will allow to build community oriented sites similar to gnomefiles.org to allow one-click installs.
