Intercept and collect info about crashes
Crashes of userspace applications should be detected automatically so the user gets an easy to use frontend for adding information to the problem report and is offered to send the report to our database.

2006-08-14: beta available; seeded to ubuntu-desktop, main functionality working, announced to u-d-a
2006-09-04: basic functionality is working stable; does not yet catch some corner cases and is still pretty slow, but these are just bugs. Marking as implemented.
