Unity 7 Defaults and Settings for 14.04 LTS
Unity7 has a few new features available in the Trusty Tahr (LIM and HDPI in particular). The defaults and settings for those new features need to be decided.

The defaults for the following settings need to be decided.
* local (titlebar) vs. global (Unity Panel)
Other settings:
* keeping GTK scaling-factor automatically in synch with the Unity scaling factor (HDPI)
local menu default to in-panel
scaling factor should be adjusted on a per-display basis on connection, saved across sessions
scaling factor should be clamped into a reasonable range, default to 1, need to be conservative
have a call-for-testing before final release
