* Provide content to ease the entry barrier to new translators. This could include:
* Series of screencasts on how to quickstart the Ubuntu translations experience. These could then be reused by translation teams by modifying the soundtrack and translating it to their languages.
* A Getting Started guide in the wiki, translated into many languages
* A document in ubuntu-docs on how to start translating Ubuntu
* Review and simplify the existing documentation on contributing to translations, in particular the main Translations page
