DISCUSSION:
LoCo Twinnings: loco twinning is a large well established loco mentoring a smaller one
e.g. France mentoring Afghanistan rather than every loco trying to make everything public on the off chance someone needs it
have a 1:1 relationship between two locos, so France would only "twin" with one other loco, as not to burden them
Sub LoCo Teams: county / region / city level loco teams as part of an existing country team. Would need to work out if the main team was the approved team, and all sub teams were automatically approved and if so how ?How would the cycle cd allocation then work ?
