Discussion:
Review process
Current obstacles to reviewing new apps:
Many apps don't make sense in the ARB, and rather belong in Debian.
Herding packages to Debian means more delays.
Organising regular reviewing
Encouraging & helping ARB helpers
A massive complicated proprietary app may make it in easier than a simple free software app in many circumstances.
thus, "proprietary" becomes unfavorable.
motu is now a requirement for arb members
arb members should also ideally be DDs :) (2 of the team currently are)
Suggested amending the ARB policy to include free-as-in-beer apps for sandbox apps like flash apps.
swf files - download it in package like the flashplugin-nonfree package, especially when licensing is dodgy/risky
