Planning Developer/Bug fixing initiatives
In the past we have had great interest from new contributors in getting involved through organised initiatives. Both clarity in instructions and a clear set of targets have helped a lot here.
In the session we should discuss possible targets for bug fixing initiatives, who can help and set up an initial schedule.

Whiteboard
We will use the new MOTU meetings to assign the planning of bug fixing initiatives to somebody, so every two weeks new lists of bugs (in different categories: easy, medium, hard) will be set up. We will also reach out to other teams to help them get their bugs fixed and get them to participate and help organise.
Grrrrr, somehow I can't make all items to be "Work items for quantal-alpha-1" - Launchpad autocorrects me. We seem to be bitten by bug 1004416.
For completeness I here add the original work items as discussed at UDS:
[dholbach] document process to put together bug list, announcements
[broder, andrewsomething, stefanor, ajmitch, allison, dholbach] think about possible types of items and how to find them
[andrewsomething, dholbach] set up list for first meeting (ubuntu-only spelling issues?)
