Do we need accomplishments
Do we need the accomplishments packages installed on the server?
If yes, how do we support 3rd-party accomplishments packages?
Perhaps a collection of bzr branches instead that IS pulls?
Will we verify *any* accomplishments that are developed, or only those packaged in Universe?
If yes, we need a process for submission and review (make sure they are safe and appropriate)
If no, what criteria will be used to decide which will be verifyable and which won't?
