Release process review and discussion
This is the usual UDS session where we review the past release and discuss the one ahead.
Things we should look into:
- Confirm the current release schedule makes sense
- Get volunteers for the various milestones
- Evaluate the performance of our New, SRU and MIR process and discuss ways to improve those when needed.
- Anything else that's relevant to the release, sru, mir or cdimage team

Schedule Concern: Currently https:/
I'd much rather move 12.04.4 than move the alpha, to be fair. The schedule of a devel release is pretty tight, and throwing people off by a week can be awful, LTS point releases are a lot more flexible.
Work Items
Work items:
[vorlon] check with PES/OEM/cert to make sure we are ok to delay 12.04.4 by one or two weeks: DONE
[smoser] confirm with robbiew that it suffices to have 0-day SRUs of openstack in 14.04 the day of release : TODO
[vorlon] follow up jriddell/ScottK to see who wants to release manage alpha2 : TODO
[vorlon] discuss on ubuntu-release having alpha milestone freezes shortened to 2 days : TODO
[kate.stewart] put a call out for participation to the opt-in milestones to the flavors, and summarize on a wiki page : TODO
