Please port debtorrent from Debina to Ubuntu for Hardy. It will reduse Ubuntu mirrors loading and in many sityations increase updating.

I like the idea, although webseeds from the HTTP archives should still be kept as a failsafe--I found using torrents with webseeds gives fastest performance
