Use PackageKit for all package-tasks

Synaptic and update-manager should be replaced by GNOME-PackageKit, the PackageKit modules for automatic driver- and codec installation should be used also.
PackageKit 0.4 or higher is needed to replace all functions of the current solutions in Ubuntu Jaunty, so we need to check what features we want to use of it in Karmic.
