Seamless migration from Likewise Open 4.x/5.0 to 5.4
Karmic has Likewise-Open 4.1 in main and 5.0 in universe, because migrating from 4.1 to 5.0 requires manually leaving / rejoining the domain. For Lucid we should push the following goals:
* Upgrade to a single 5.4 version in main (that includes using system libraries rather than private patched copies)
* Provide a 5.0 migration path for seamless upgrade experience from karmic likewise-open5
* Provide a 4.1 migration path for seamless upgrade experience from karmic
* Provide a 4.0.5 migration path for seamless upgrade experience from hardy
