Get the accessibility infrastructure updated for use with GNOME 3 in Ubuntu.
For GNOME 3, a lot of the accessibility infrastructure, particularly at-spi, has been rewritten to use dbus in stead of CORBA. THis infrastructure wil need to be updated in Ubuntu, and tested, to ensure users don't experience any regressions, as well as ensure the same user experience for installing/updating to Maverick for people using accessibility technologies.

Deprecation of bonobo
Probably not taking GNOME 3 wholesale (?), just taking bits that are stable & usable
- due to panel remaining in Maverick bonobo will still be present, so probably can still use at-spi
- what is the tie-in with gsettings (probable sole user in Maverick being empathy)?
- magnification facility in Compiz does not do text cursor tracking - could this be fixed in Compiz?
