MicMute enablement

We had a discussion about this 2 UDSes ago. This blueprint is to bring everyone up to speed on the best way to get micmute working. The key has since been accepted by Xorg, but we still have to work out where to map the key in terms of keycodes Xorg can read, as well as figure out how to properly light up the LEDs.
It may also be beneficial to discuss the best path to get future keys that added to the Xorg spec.
