Create task for apt-proxy for server installation. This will help users to create "local" proxy. Main goal of task is to avoid manual configuration for apt-proxy on server-side, and sources.list on client-side.
server task will configure apt-proxy with current values of source.list. When installing (k)Ubuntu - just set that this computer will use "apt-proxy-server" and setup IP or DNS address for proxy.
