Content in Ubuntu; what, where and how

In dapper we introduced a small collection of example content to show the capabilities of the standard applications. We should consider the role of content going forward. Do we want to create default profiles in applications like Evolution, should all content be in multiple languages, should we have a larger collection of content in universe?

Also look at the possible community process for generating and collecting the content.
