Provide user group driven menu profiles
Edubuntu targets many different age ranges and school settings from preschool kids to potentially University computer labs. Even within the same school setting different classes will use different applications, so it is desirable to be able to adjust the menu a student sees based on some group criteria.
Simple Use Case: Jane is taking a Chemistry class and so she is added to the "chemistry" group. The appropriate Chemistry related menu items (gperiodic, et. al.) would then be added to Jane's menu.

Review comments:
* The "Outstanding Issues" lists "fix Xnest to play nicely with LTSP (ogra)" but doesn't give a reference to or description of the problem.
* A reference to the Sabayon main home page and documentation would be nice.
* More detail is needed about the proposed groups feature for Sabayon, I think.
