Encrypted Data / Disks by default in Ubuntu

Every user would be happy if he can feel secure about his data / disks.
Also Encryption for outgoing-data to network / internet
Whole Ubuntu encrypted :)
Why not implementing it by default in Ubuntu?
Perhaps with LVM, too?
