Epiphany as default browser

As we ship GNOME, it seems logical, in order to have a more consistent environment, to ship the default GNOME browser, namely Epiphany.
This spec intends to track all consequences of changing such an important piece of software, whether or not it's worth the change and, if yes, what must be changed in Epiphany
